POWER AND AUTHORITY
In my opinion I think Spain had to rights to just sail into these Latin countries and just take over. Before they ever got there they already had their leaders then the Spanish came and just took over everything completely. The people didn’t like that because they had no rights and couldn’t vote or nothing. The way the Spanish treated them lead them to revolt against the Spanish government. Simon Bolivar believed in enlightment so he was the one to help lead everyone in the revolution against Spain.
